Pauli Anttila has served as the company's CFO since 1 January 2025. He moved into the role of CEO on 1 January 2026 and, at least for the time being, also continues to perform the duties of CFO. Before that, he was Investment Director and a member of the Management Team at Solidium Oy (2017–2025), and prior to that held other roles at Solidium (2009–2017). Before Solidium, Pauli worked at, among others, Deloitte Corporate Finance Oy (2007–2009). He serves as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of PA Ventures Oy (2024–). He has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Suomen Malmijalostus Oy (now Finnish Minerals Group Oy) (2021–2024) and of Konecranes Oyj (2022–2026).

Anttila holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics.

Törrö has served as CEO of the impact investment company he founded, Flexo Nordic Oy, since 2012.

Previously, Törrö served as COO and a member of the Board of Directors of Sensapex Oy (2011–2021), and held managerial roles at Finnkarelco Oy (2002–2017), after which he served as a member of the Board of Finnkarelco Oy from 2017 and as Chairman of the Board from 2021. Before Finnkarelco, he was CEO of the software company Nextime Oy, which he founded (2000–2002).

He also serves as a founding shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Craftman Oy, a company specializing in industrial resourcing, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Silention Oy, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Wastebook Oy. Previously, Törrö served as a shareholder and as a Board member and Chairman of the Board of Owatec Group Oy, and as a member of the Board of Directors of SKT Oy.

Törrö holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Oulu.

Kyllönen has been responsible for the operations of Ekovilla's installation company, Eko Asennuspalvelu Oy, since 2018. Kyllönen has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ekora Kiinteistöt Oy since 2018.

Kyllönen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Oulu University of Applied Sciences.

Saren previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Jeld-Wen Suomi Oy and as Site Manager at the Vääksy and Kuopio plants (2024-2026). Prior to that, he held development and unit leadership roles in Jeld-Wen's Northern European operations (2019-2024). He has also been a member of the company's Finnish management team (2022-2026). Before joining Jeld-Wen, Saren worked for Wipak Oy (2009-2019) and Paroc Oy Ab (2006-2008) as a development manager and in supervisory roles.

Saren holds an engineering degree from Saimaa University of Applied Sciences.

Koskelo previously served as Business Director responsible for single-family home renovation (2021–2026). Before that, he worked as Sales Director and in managerial roles at Pohjolan Energia Oy (later Freebo Oy) (2016–2019), and as CEO and in sales management roles at Katepro Oy (2014–2016). Koskelo has also served as CEO of Visa Invest Oy since 2016.

Koskelo holds a Merkonomi qualification (Sales and Marketing) from Oulun kauppaoppilaitos (later OSAO).

Koivukangas previously served as Sales Manager for professional sales (2020–2026). Before that, he worked as a B2B Sales Representative at Telia Finland Oyj (2019–2020) and as an appointment setter at Kaskipuu Oy (2016–2019).

Koivukangas holds a vocational qualification in the security field from Oulunseudun ammattiopisto (Oulu Region Vocational College).
