Matti Kaski is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Suomen Autohuolto Oy, Kuuskodit Oy, Kaskipuu Holding Oy and IAIK Oy, and a Member of the Board of Directors of Eko-Expert KH Oy and Kaski Partners Oy (the company's former name was Kaskipuu Oy).

Kaski served as CEO of Kaskipuu in 2003-2020, and since 2020 he has been CEO of Kaski Partners Oy. In the past he has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Suomen Autokauppa Oy (2015-2021). Kaski holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Vaasa.

Previously, Heikkinen has also worked as CFO of Kaski Partners Oy ( previously Kaskipuu Oy) (2019-2020), Innokas Medical Oy (2015-2018) and Elisa Videra Oy (2011-2015).

Heikkinen holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Oulu.

Törrö has acted as CEO of the impact investment company he has established, Flexo Nordic Oy, since 2012.
In the past, Törrö has served as the operating officer and as a Member of the Board of Directors (2011-2021) of Sensapex Oy, in a managerial position at Finnkarelco Oy (2002-2017), after which he has been a Member of the Board at Finnkarelco Oy since 2017 and Chairman of the Board since 2021.

In 2016, Törrö started as a shareholder and Member of the Board of Directors at Owatec Group Oy, responsible for resource and financing development of its innovative industrial wastewater treatment concept and continued as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2021.

He also serves as a founding shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Craftman Oy, a company specializing in industrial resource management, and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the producer organization for reclaimed paper SKT Oy.

Kaski holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Oulu and he started his career as a CEO in the software company Nextime Oy (2000-2002) that he established.

Pyörälä has held several managerial positions in the past, such as Business Director at Kaski Partners Oy (2015-2019, previously Kaskipuu Oy), Regional Manager at Lumon Suomi Oy (2013-2015), Procurement and Development Director at Muurametalot Oy (2012-2013) and CEO at Fixi Oy (2011-2012).

Pyörälä has completed telecommunications engineer studies at the Pohjois-Pohjanmaa vocational education institution.

Kyllönen completed a BBA at Oulu University of Applied Sciences in 2006 and started working for Ekovilla’s installation company Eko Rakennuspalvelu Oy in 2004. Kyllönen has served as Vice President and CEO of Eko Rakennuspalvelu Oy. Kyllönen has also been a Member of the Board of Directors of Ekora Kiinteistöt Oy since 2018. Kyllönen has been responsible for the installation services of Ekovilla since 2018.
